You should have received your application form for the upcoming season via e-mail.  If not, you can download one here.  Deadline for completed forms is 15th May and no forms will be accepted without the relevant fee.  Cheques should be made payable to NSVFL

If you have any Rule Changes that you would like to have discussed at the AGM on 8 June, please let the Secretary have them in writing by 15th May
